Angus Webster

Born in 1999, Angus Webster is a young British conductor and pianist studying in London. Aged twelve, Angus made his conducting début with the Cornwall Youth Orchestra and was appointed principal conductor the following year. In 2014 and 2015, Angus was invited to conduct the Philharmonia Orchestra in concert as part of their hugely successful iOrchestra series, and in January 2015 was invited by the London Symphony Orchestra to assist and observe Sir Simon Rattle working with the orchestra. Angus is also highly in demand as a pianist and chamber musician, and enjoys many performances both as a recital partner and lieder accompanist.
